We know a few of you have had troubles getting uCONVERT installed, so here’s some help if you’re having trouble.
uCONVERT requires the Adobe Flash Lite 3.1 Distributable Player for applications. Installing the Distributable Player will not affect any existing installations of Flash Lite, nor will it allow you to view Flash Lite content in a browser.
If you currently have uCONVERT installed and it’s not working, here are the steps we’d recommend:
- Uninstall uCONVERT and Adobe Flash Lite 3.1 (if installed)
- Soft reset/restart your device
- Install Flash Lite 3.1
- Install uCONVERT
Update: if you have problems with the Flash Lite file downloaded from this site please contact our support team and request the file via email, we’ve had a quite a few people report that this solves the issue.

Try to google 'FlashLite DP WM6Professional EN' The you will find a usable version. i got it from Rapidshare. And it works now for me. HTC HD2

We’re not sure exactly what’s causing the problem, but sending the files to people via email seems to have resolved the problem – which we’ve just done for you.
Our advice to other people having a similar problem would be to just send an email to support@uconvert.us or use the support ticket form in the help/support section and let us know you’re having this problem. We’ll send you the files in an email together with some instructions.
As far as we’re aware we’ve managed to fix this issue for the vast majority of people who have got in touch – so if you are having this problem please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Just purchased and downloaded UConvert 2.3 and I am having installation problems on my TP2. I followed the advice on the website and couldn’t even install the FlashLite 3.1 DP. Any suggestions?
